  9. Dear Amy, I just love this little trailer, especially the PINK! I have a 1964 Kencraft '14ft with the original PINK stove, fridge, and sink, with aqua/seafoam counters and table. My "LuvBug" is almost identical to "Pinky", except that she has a permanent bed in the back, rather than a couch. Thanks for the inspirational photos as I am in the process of "fixin" her up and making my "LuvBug" road roady. -Marianne

  10. Hi Again, I do have a question for you. Did you paint her paneling? or is it whitewashed, or natural. My "LuvBug" has the original birch/natural paneling but it's in pretty bad shape (lots of stains from the previous owner's smoking in her). I originally didn't want to paint her insides because I thought that would "devalue" her, should I ever want to sell. HOWEVER, after seeing so many wonderful photos of trailers with the insides painted, I'm beginning to change my mind. Also, the Hubby isn't too keen on "restoring" the entire wood paneling. Do you have any thoughts on this. I appreciate any and all input. Thanks again, Marianne

  12. I am totally LOVING your site Amy! You have stolen my heart! My goodness you are clever girl with these darlin' little trailers! <3 I WANT ONE SO BADLY! However, one small problem is, I live fa away...way out East in Rochester, NY!:( My hubby and I are looking around for a cute little travel home, and I keep looking at sweet little Shasta's on your site, and then I saw PINKY! Awwwwww I think I love her! How can I get one of these beauties? Or any one of these adorable campers? We are planning to vacation out west this summer...but we would have to buy a vehicle (or rent one one way) to tow it home! shoot...that's a big deal! :( But I will be following your blog and keeping my eyes peeled! If something wonderful takes my eye, maybe we'll take some time out of our summer trip and swing by your place and check your "babies" out! So could you email me your address so I can GPS it and see if we could work this out? Maybe? You are doing an amazing job with these sweet little campers! I Love * Love * Love * what you do! Corinne in Rochester :-)

  13. I really like your site and this trailer:)I am knew to the vintage camping world, not to camping. We recently purchased a 1964 Nomad. Do you know where I can find information on the propane heater. Apparently, the previous owner did not know much about them and never used it. I would like to get it fixed or replaced and make this little beauty as original as possible. Any thoughts?
